The nose is intensely sauvignon blanc; some might say Kiwi-style. The attack is fresh with grapefruit, lime rind, and passionfruit mixed into a palate of nectarine, lemongrass, and citrus. This cool-climate sauvignon has 88% fermented in stainless, with 12% of the mix from a six-month stay in French oak, supplying a hint of creaminess to the texture.
