There is no oak used in the wine, but a partial malolactic fermentation is employed to add body and weight to the mouthfeel. It’s a very pure expression of regional Oregon chardonnay: ripe red apple with a touch of tropical pineapple, and creamy, leesy, baked pear on the finish.
