Pasqua 11 Minutes Rosé 2019

Treviso, Verona, Veneto, ItalyAs good as the name of this wine is, the wine is even better. 11 Minutes is the time skins were in contact with juice, leaving a mesmerizing palest of pale orange tint in the glass. The blend is as novel as it gets for Italy: corvina and trebbiano di Lugana with an intriguing syrah and carmenère surprise. The corvina grape makes up the majority of the blend, bringing the floral aromas and significant acidity. Trebbiano brings elegance and a long finish; syrah delicate fruit and spice; while the carménère creates structure, ensuring stability over time. However, this needs no time to gulp down. Dry, light, ethereal, complex, this rosé is a knockout. Even the package is a stunner. Not in BC that we know of, but we will endeavour to find out more in the days to come.Tasted: 23 July 2020Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
