Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA pale ruby red colour previews a dry, stony gamay with a steady stream of tart fruit underneath. Fresh and earthy notes mix with a cedar, forest floor aroma, flecked with red plums. The acidity is stronger than the tannins and will require something like grilled sausages, creamy cheese, or a charcuterie board.
