Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaTownship 7's Remuda Vineyard Pinot Noir is made with a mix of Burgundy clones 115 and 667, grown in Okanagan Falls. The colour is dark, and the attack is rich with peppery pinot fruit and dense tannins reflecting the site's southern exposure. It was fermented over 11 days with two pumpovers per day before spending 12 months in French oak barrels. It's a bit of a monster at this point with spicy dark cherry coating your palate, with a prolonged spicy, savoury finish.
