Western Cape, South AfricaThis peach-pink hued wine is a blend of 70/30 Chardonnay / Pinot Noir from Stellenbosch and Durbanville, with vines averaging 17 years, and no vineyard more than 20km from the sea. Grapes were whole bunch pressed and fermented cool in stainless, where they remained for 3 months on lees. Wild strawberries and cream, cherry blossoms, tangerine ride a silken palate, glossed with a bump of RS before a spiced finish.
