Nichol Vineyard Two Barrels Pinot Gris 2019
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOne of two of Nichol's characteristic peach / orange hued pinot gris', this square label pg goes through full MLF, in barrel, as the name suggests, before it was bottled unfined and unfiltered. The effect has plumped out the 11.9 degree body some, affording some tangerine, kumquat, lees, melon, for the grapefruit pith / peel acidity to tighten.
