Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Lookout is a mix of riesling fruit from the home Greata Ranch estate and grapes bought in the south Okanagan. The ferment was a long, cool affair that stopped with 18 g/L RS. It more on the good sour side than the sweet side, a testament to he Okanagan acidity. Look for a bright, juicy, orchard fruit palate with apricot, green apple, and a squeeze of citrus.
