Domaine Rolet Coeur de Chardonnay Crémant 2016
Jura, FranceThis is Rolet's only vintage-dated crémant, and it is all chardonnay from Arbois and Côtes du Jura, with 36 months on the lees and full MLF. Lemon pith, green apple, fresh hazelnuts stream along a tight, palate, with a fine cushion of lees, but taut with a vibrato of acidity. Lovely balance throughout to the lengthy, chalk dust finish.
