Unsworth Vineyards Sparkling Rosé Brut Méthode Cuvée Close NV

Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaThe Unsworth Rosé Brut is a limited production offering that is made using the Charmat Method, intended to complement the Charme De L’île. The fruit comes from outside the region. On the edge of dry, the mix is 49/43/8/ gamay noir, pinot blanc and pinot noir, with up to 30 percent reserve wine for some gravitas. The colour is barely pink, the nose is a mix of nut and red fruit. On the palate, strawberries and cream dominate, along with rhubarb and apple. Pleasant and easy sipping, try this with summertime afternoon bites on the patio.Tasted: 30 May 2020Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
