Pentâge Winery GSM 2015
Skaha Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA 35/35/30 blend of grenache, mourvèdre, and syrah from Dirty Dozen Vineyard, each variety was aged separately in a combination of French and American oak for 16 months prior to blending and bottling. It evokes the warmth of the 2015 vintage, with baked red fruits that show more raisonated than varietal character. This gives the wine a sweet attack, which then sits heavy on the palate given the soft acidity and warming 14.5% abv. Drink now with a slight chill to help freshen it up.Tasted: 03 May 2020Tasted by: Geoffrey Moss MWPrices:BC | $28.70 | 750ml | winery online |
