Skaha Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAt almost six years old this is a mature, full-style chardonnay, with intense, leesy, nutty, baked pear and honey, and a long, vanilla, spicy finish. A bit old style but in the right way. Think lobster or fresh Dungeness crab for the match.
