Mission Hill Terroir Collection Pinot Noir Simes Vineyard 2018
East Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaDamp forest, cedar, smoke and ample green notes dominate this East Kelowna single vineyard pinot noir (clone 667) from the beginning through the finish. An altitude of 420-450m keeps things fresh, while the fine silt and clay soils give this heft. This spent 10 months in French oak, which is felt in the cedar stave spicing throughout.
