British Columbia, CanadaThis fruit comes from Keremeos, with a small part (12%) cold soaked for 12 hours before tipping into the mix. This was primarily fermented in stainless tanks, with 5% seeing oak. Post ferment, this was left for 6 months on lees prior to bottling. Bright and punchy with passionfruit, guava, grapefruit, this is an easy, simple unmissable savvy, finishing with a swell of warmth.
