Kitsch Pinot Gris 2019
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Kitsch gris is a straight up white made in a fresh, clean style with a citrus undercurrent. The fruit is green apple and pear, with bright acidity that cleans the palate and resets it for another bite of food between every sip. Uncomplicated, ready to drink, and very serviceable with food. It is all clone 52 grown over gravel and sand, and is whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel and finished with 30 days of skin contact.
