In a glass is a busy mix of riesling, pinot gris, chardonnay, and pinot noir, whole-cluster pressed and co-fermented over 45 days with inoculated yeasts, before spending 90 days on its lees prior to bottling. White peach, gooseberry, lime blossom, lemon sherbet, tangerine dominate this juicy, mid-sweet palate, tightened by lime pith, and finishing crisp and snappy.
