Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Kerner, Chardonnay, and Ehrenfelser are sweet and floral on the lightly fizzy palate lime, soap, and fruit salad carrying this to a short finish. It needs a very brisk chill and quick consumption because these bubbles fade fast.
