British Columbia, CanadaThe intrigue Chardonnay is an off-dry style at 9 grams per litre sugar, but it is anything but dull. There is a fresh thread of citrus throughout that keeps it all together, and frankly, it is a style appreciated by those who prefer a round easy-sipping style with a touch of sweetness. 12 percent of the blend is fermented in French oak barrels to pad the palate further.
