Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaTight, sharp and high acid, this wine of unnamed grapes would be mistaken for a simple ale, with its sour citrus, grasses, metallic note on a shorter palate. The back recommends pairing with "popcorn, triple cream brie, caviar & crepes, anything buttered, or honeyed, and all the chocolate".
