Full and glossy in hue and palate, this Minervois is a blend of grenache and carignan, from the schist, marl and limestones in the foothills of the Montagne Noire. Lush strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate is dotted with rock salt, and finishes with a cranberry snappiness, inviting another glass.
