Corsica, Sud de France, FranceFrom Bindi's home estate in Patrimonio, and the Carcu collection of parcels, these north facing organically farmed vermentino vines are on clay and limestone soils. This spent a few hours on the skins and before a native ferment in stainless. Clean, very marine, lively, and savoury, with melon, green and yellow apple, verbena, and seashells, finishing with a long, smoked stone finish.
