Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Bella's black label series, indicating serious ageing has occurred to this traditional method fizz. Serious for sure, with 54 months on lees in this release, disgorged June 2019. 482 bottles. From the limestone laced soils of Oliver's Cerqueira Vineyard, this streams rivulet of lees alongside a tight yellow and green apple note, with tight mineral stoniness throughout to a marzipan-sealed finish.
