Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom the banks of the Shuswap River, this ortega comes across green, bitter edged, and sharp, with lime pith, tinned asparagus. bitter melon and crab apple. The finish hums with a chemically warmth. Looks, tastes, and presents like amateur homemade winemaking, right down to the stubby, soggy fake cork.
