Tiberio Pecorino

Tiberio Pecorino 2018

Abruzzo, ItalyPecorino is an ancient grape that has always called the mountainous Appennine ridges of the Marche and Abruzzo home. This massale selection pecorino grows at 350m, on limestone marls, and was fermented and aged briefly in stainless, preserving all its herbal, nutty, textural vibrancy. Fresh sage, dried thyme, stony salts season green fig, meyer lemon, green melon, and bosc pear, all humming with a fine textural vibrato that is alluring and moreish. Amazing lightness of being for 14.5 degrees alcohol.Tasted: 06 November 2019Tasted by: Treve RingPrices: BC 25.49 private wine shops Producer: Agricola TiberioDistributors: World Wine Synergy Inc.
