Cima Corga, Douro Valley, Northern Portugal, PortugalPouring a medium peach hue, this blend of 60-70 year old vines of touriga franca, tinta roriz, amarela, rufete, tinta barocca from the Cima Corgo was fermented in stainless and aged in older French barrel (no MLF, no batonage) for 7 months. Mineral salts ring through this medium bodied rosé, seasoning plum, strawberry, and wild raspberry.
