l'Hérault, Vin de Pays d'Oc, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceThis French cinsault reminds me of new wave South Africa, wild with sap, resin, light pitch and spiced red fruits. There's darting florals, and an infiltration of light peppercorn, with lightly sticky tannins, reflective of the southern France environment.
