Beaujolais Villages, Beaujolais, Burgundy, FranceYannick de Vermont is a family-owned, fifth-generation producer making masterfull gamay. The Reserve de Jacques is macerated for more than two weeks to extract as much colour and tannin as possible to give it the potential to age. The attack is rich and spicy with bright acidity, floral undercurrents, and warming black liquorice. Already fun to drink, but this could be held for another year if need be.
