The vineyard is sustainably farmed at 200m, on granite and schist soils facing west. It is a delicious, bright, skinny, mineral white wine with a strong citrus and guava bent. Everything is done by hand to produce a classic, unoaked, yet complex wine at only 13.5 ͦ alcohol that speaks of its terroir.
