Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaTranslucent black raspberry colour in the glass with alluring aromas of dried petals, cassis fruit and a little tar. The flavours bloom in the mouth with blackberry and cocoa, a distinct pepper spice, and dried mint. Crisp acidity trims the body to medium, the tannins are modest and fine-textured, with a little bite of oak toast from 10 months of barrel time on the finalé.
