The Hatch Gobsmacked Flipping the Bird Rosé 2018
British Columbia, CanadaOne of the most colourful labels, and stories, of Okanagan rosé, this year's Flipping the Bird is a saignée blend of merlot (from Golden Mile) and gamay (from East Kelowna). Deep raspberry in hue, this is filled with red berries, red apple, orange and cherry gummies. The finish is short and slightly sweet, best enjoyed with a brisk chill. All the profits from this rosé go towards Parrot Island, a non-profit sanctuary for abandoned and abused exotic birds in Peachland, BC.
