Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBright cherry colour with a slight fading at the rim, this well-priced pinot has soft plummy fruit, a strong presence of cocoa powder and more than a note of stick green herbs. Dark fruit starts the flavours out well, with mocha, cherry truffles and a bite of astringent oak on the finish. Open and easy with lots of sassy Hatch character.
