Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaEarthy forest bark, ripe raspberry, baked cherry, dried roses and milk chocolate coat this downy-textured red, weighted by the southern Okanagan sun. From certified organic vineyards in Kaledon and Osoyoos, this was fermented and aged in concrete Nico Velo for 8 months. The concrete provides a welcome textural grip to the sides of this medium bodied franc, housed by supple tannins, and finishing with peppery spice. Chill slightly, and crack with fired burgers or ribs.Tasted: 14 September 2019Tasted by: Prices:

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis cabernet franc was sourced from certified organic vineyards in Kaleden and Osoyoos and fermented and aged in concrete for eight months prior to bottling. It’s immediately reductive out of the bottle, and it takes some time to blow off. When it does, it’s all about ripe red fruits, earth, and freshness. It may not be overly complex, but it’s well balanced with a lovely texture. Decant for 1-2 hours prior to serving. Vegan friendly.Tasted: 22 September 2019Tasted by: Prices:
