All Nat'COOL wines are to be natural, easy, affordable, low alcohol, authentic, and all in a 1L format (yay!). This listán negro was destemmed before a native fermentation and aging in concrete. This opens #RAF, so chill this Cool wine down and give it airtime to allow the fine ground pepper, dark raspberry, dark earth, brambles, thorns and rock roses to emerge from the glass.
