Mayhem Pinot Blanc 2018
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Mayhem brand has the best name ever. Not because it evokes a philosophy that every life well-lived should have a little mayhem, but because it is delicious drinking and its pricing is ridiculously fair and pro-consumer. If it’s not already creating chaos in Okanagan boardrooms it should, because selling a wine that tastes as good as this does, at a price anyone can relate to, is a miracle. You will love the fresh, pristine Okanagan fruit dusted in scrubby desert notes and flecked with pear, apricot, and lime rind. Perfect with steamed shellfish dishes or your favourite sushi roll.Tasted: 28 August 2019Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $15.65 | 750ml | winery direct, private retail |
