The attack is soft and round with ripe red apple flecked with honeysuckle and tangerines. The finish is similar, with a touch of bitter rind to keep it all balanced. This IGP Gard is a mix of tempranillo, grenache and cinsault. An ideal patio pink that works with a wide array of appetizers.
