Church & State Wines CBS Petit Verdot 2016
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBig, perfumed, ripe and dark with violets, blueberry jam, cassis, and exotic peppery spices. The C&S PV comes from Black Sage Bench's Coyote Bowl Vineyard, and absorbs all the sunbaked fruit. Tannins are plump and sticky, but well situated to prop the giant purple fruit.
