Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThe Showcase blends chardonnay from two vineyards in Lincoln Lakeshore and Beamsville Bench. It enters oxidative on the palate, with sour lemon, green apple, toast, sesame, and citrus pith on the finish. Crunchy acidity holds this taut and nervy and feeling slightly underripe.
