Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom Niagara's Laundry Vineyard, this traditional method fizz is entirely pinot noir, with three years ageing on the lees. Raspberry, tight cherry, cranberry, light toast is laced with lemon to hold this tight. The core is pure-fruited, and there's a bright character to this snappy wine.
