Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSuper potent and focused, this dry moscato giallo (yellow muscat) is from their estate vineyard on Naramata Bench, planted in 2007. After destemming, this was fermented cool with an aromatic-forward yeast in stainless, where it remained for a short amount of time before bottling. Heady key lime, white peach, green hedge, and cilantro skip along a spiced, tight palate to a snappy finish.
