Cono Sur Sparkling Rosé NV
Valle del Bio-Bio, ChileCono Sur is producing some of the best value wines on the planet right now. Their sparkling rosé isn't an exception, though you won't confuse this for Champagne. Not that that's the intention. Using the charmat method, it's made in an approachable, fruity style with an emphasis on crisp red fruits from 100 percent pinot noir. A hint of sweetness (11 g/L) makes this an easy drinking sparkling wine that will appeal broadly.
