Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaA first release for the Arterra folks, this Niagara PG opens with a mix of vanilla and peach tones that carries on to its soft, round palate. The style is smooth and textural, but it would be nice to have a bit more acidity, and mid-palate lift to carry the waves of honey, peach and crème caramel.
