Champagne, FranceChampagne Barrat-Masson extends over seven hectares of organically farmed vineyards in Bethon in Villenauxe-la-Grande, on the slopes of the Sézannais. Bright lemon and stones open this blanc de blancs from 40 year old vines. Soft on the palate, with a downy chalky texture, this is a subtle and slight BdB, with a lemon purity and charm through to the lingering chalky finish. Authentic and moreish.
