Polish Hill River, Clare Valley, South Australia, AustraliaNo. 8 is John Hughes' foray into pitching RS against acid. From Polish Hill's Jaeschke Vineyard, this swells with juicy acidity, buoying ripe pear, honeysuckle, lime curd, green apple, and perfumed petals up through a lengthy pink grapefruit pithy finish.
