The criteria includes differences in altitude, soil and climate that define the sub-regions of San Pablo, Paraje Altamira and Gualtallary. Expect an aromatic, red fruited style slightly reminiscent of Loire Valley franc. The wine is aged in foudres, limiting the oak influence, and playing on its elegance and freshness. The palate is dry and floral with an herbaceous leafy undercurrent. Not your typical Argentine red.
