Bojador Tinto Reserva

Bojador Tinto Reserva 2015

Alentejo, Central and Southern Portugal, PortugalWinemakers Pedro Ribeiro and his wife Catarina Vieira moved to Vidigueira, in the Alentejo, to produce wines that are true to the historical traditions of this region. This, entry-tier wine is a gutsy, ripe blend of aragonez and trincadeira (from schist) and touriga nacional (from granite), spending ten months in barrel and five months in bottle prior to release. Dark chocolate, bittersweet mocha, ripe blackberry, thorns and dusky plum on a grippy palate, with firm tannins on the long frame.Tasted: 22 January 2019Tasted by: Treve RingPrices: Portugal 20.00 Portugal Producer: BojadorBlend: Aragonês - Trincadeira - Touriga Nacional
