Gavi, Piedmont, ItalyFrom Gavi's clay/marl soils, and 250-300m hills, this cortese was stainless fermented, preserving the crisp, lean yellow and green fruit. There's a lilt of florals, but otherwise this is a very quiet, delicate wine that dissipates quickly.
