Kitsch Maria's Block Riesling 2017
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPotently ripe and round, with a juicy core of orange swelling the core. Off-dry, this carries a tropical fruit salad led by pineapple, guava and lime, tightened on the short finish with a noose of citrus and peach fuzz. One of two rieslings released from 2017, Maria is the sweet sister to Esther, carrying 19.8 g/l RS on its medium bodied frame. This was whole bunch pressed, had a 25 day ferment and spent 90 days on the lees before bottle.
