CanadaThis is part of Inniskillin's upper Discover Series tier, though it's impossible from the front or back label to discover anything about this wine, including the most important details : where it is from. We do know, from the East-West title, that it contains some fruit from both BC and Ontario. After that, it's a hazy mystery. In the glass, pear puree, apple butter, yellow apple, and nutmeg spicing riding a glossy palate to a warm finish. Simple, soft, sweetish. And, clunkily, under cork.
