Valle del Elqui, ChileThis wine is a winner year in and year out. From its big, black liquorice, black pepper, poultry spice nose to its sweet, smoky, meaty, cherry flavours. The texture is soft and round, the tannins mild, and the finish a pleasant mix of more cherries with savoury chocolate, coffee grinds, black pepper and juicy acidity.
