Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis gets my votes as one of BC’s top icewines. It doesn't get much rarer than botrytis oraniensteiner, and they are nailing it at Stoneboat. This yields a massively sweet wine that has some complexity thanks to the botrytis, or noble rot, adding layers of honey, caramel, apricot marmalade, and dried fruits.
